Overview of Policies
Refunds and Cancellations
• Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled placement.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 24–48 hours before placement.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of placement.
• If a customer cancels within 1 hour of placing the order, a full refund is permitted.
White Glove Policy
• Gentle Rental Co. offers white glove curated home placement and retrieval only.
• Delivery Windows: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM | 6:00 PM-8:00 PM daily.
• Retrieval is scheduled on your departure date within one of the following windows:
Morning (8:00-10:00 AM) | Afternoon (1:00-3:00 PM)
• If your timing differs, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Exact dropoff address and delivery window will be established by email after booking confirmation for your convenience.
• Concierge will text 15-30 minutes prior to arrival.
• Items will be placed at the front door for contactless drop-off and pickup, unless otherwise coordinated.
• Customers must return items to same pickup location by the agreed-upon date and time for efficient removal.
Rental Agreement Terms
• Rented items must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
• Customers agree to inspect items upon delivery and notify Gentle Rental Co. immediately of any
issues.
• Customers are responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.
• Late returns may incur a late fee equal to the daily rental rate.
• Items are cleaned and sanitized between uses using baby-safe, non-toxic products. (Our Cleaning Protocols)
• Customer assumes responsibility for proper installation of car seats; Gentle Rental Co. does not
install car seats.

Security Deposit Terms
• A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout.
• Deposits are manually reviewed and refunded within 24–48 hours after the item is retrieved and
inspected.
• Deductions may be made for:
– Damage beyond normal wear
– Missing parts
– Excessive cleaning needs
– Unreturned items
• Customers will be notified before any deduction is finalized.
Terms of Service (Short Form)
• By completing a rental, customers agree to all Gentle Rental Co. policies.
• Gentle Rental Co. is not liable for misuse of equipment or personal injury arising from improper use.
• All rentals are subject to availability.
• Gentle Rental Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
