After every rental, each item goes through a detailed inspection and cleaning process designed to be both effective and baby-safe.

Our process includes:

•Careful inspection before and after each rental

•Cleaning with non-toxic, fragrance-free, baby-safe products

•Steam cleaning to sanitize both fabric and hard surfaces, helping eliminate germs without harsh chemicals

•Special attention to high-touch areas such as handles, straps, buckles, and contact surfaces

•Proper air-drying and storage in a clean, controlled environment

We avoid heavy fragrances, harsh disinfectants, and anything that could irritate sensitive skin or compromise a baby’s health.

We follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning, care, and use, and we never alter or modify safety features. Any item that does not meet our standards is removed from circulation.

Every piece of gear is prepared as if our own child will be the next one to use it — because that level of care shouldn’t be optional.

If an item isn’t something we’d feel comfortable using in our own home, it doesn’t stay in our inventory.
